Meals on Wheels Meals on Wheels provides a hot meal 5 times a week.  The program is designed for seniors who are just returning home from the hospital, are no longer able to cook for themselves, or just cannot get to one of our group meal locations.  Seniors who are at least 60 years of age and homebound may be eligible for this program.  To determine eligibility, a home visit is scheduled to assess the situation and the needs of the individual.  The Meals-On-Wheels program is not income based. Click here for more information about the program that is closest to you.
